| Hancock Tower street view from our hotel |
We walked over to the Hancock Tower around 9:30pm and went up to the observation deck. We had a great view of the city and of fireworks going off at Navy Pier at 10:00pm. I'm not sure if there are always fireworks at Navy Pier, or if it was just for the holiday week.

We left around 10:30pm and went back to the hotel for the night.
