Disney World Thanksgiving Camping Trip - Day 3: Magic Kingdom

Today's park was the Magic Kingdom.

Our tent in the daylight.  I'll have more to say about camping this time around later.
Todd was not quite awake yet.  Here he is on the campground bus to the Settlement Trading Post at what I'll call the back of the campground.  Once there we stopped at PJ's Southern Takeout and got pumpkin muffins and a coffee (for me) to go.  The muffins were fresh, warm and delicious!
From there we walked to the pier and boarded the boat to the Magic Kingdom.

From inside the park
Christmas decorations were in full effect.  There's not much Thanksgiving celebration at Disney - like the rest of the country they go straight from Halloween to Christmas.

It's crowded.  Todd and I made the most of it though and did pretty much everything we wanted to plus some things we always wanted to do but hadn't before.  On this day we had Fastpasses for Space Mountain, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Peter Pan.  We rode the PeopleMove first, then Buzz Lightyear, Carousel of Progress, Space Mountain and Carousel of Progress again.  After lunch at Harbour House we rode Haunted Mansion, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train again, Swiss Family Robinson, Mickey's Philharmagic, Peter Pan and It's a Small World.  We snacked on Lefou's Brews and Pineapple Whips, and also watched the castle lighting ceremony before heading back to camp.

While riding the PeopleMover we could see that construction for the Tron Lightcycle rollercoaster is progressing

Have to have fish at Harbour House
Haunted Mansion

There, that's more appropriate
