What's Cooking?

For dinner tonight I tried something new:  lemon chicken, roasted asparagus, and white corn on the cob.  I wanted something easy, flavorful and light, and this fit the bill.  Todd hates asparagus but he asked for seconds and ending up eating half of it.

This was a great dinner on a hot summer day.  Recipes after the jump.

The result; sauce was on the side.  Not much on presentation, but it tasted great.
